Christian Leadership in Times of Crisis

This course provides a theological and practical framework for understanding and leading in, through, and out of crises.
Enrollment is Closed

It’s not if, but when you will experience a crisis

Crises are like weather patterns, sometimes you know they are coming and other times they catch you by surprise. Imagine being a captain of a ship in the middle of a large body of water when a storm comes upon you. How do you react or respond? How do you lead the crew and navigate the boat through the storm?

In short, this describes crisis leadership. Sometimes you know a crisis is coming and other times crisis hits out of nowhere. Crisis leadership is much different than normal, everyday leadership. Good leadership in times of calm and peace doesn’t necessarily translate into good leadership in times of chaos and crisis.

If history is any indication, there will be wars, natural disasters, pandemics, economic recessions, disruptive technologies, shifts in human behaviors. Given the ebb and flow of crises that arise, it is imperative that Christian leaders are prepared to lead in, through, and out of a variety of crises. Please sign up today! It's not too late.
