In-Person and Online
Join with leaders at the Third Day session at Wheaton College (or via Zoom). Then, read, write, and interact in the online course to earn the Global Leadership Summit Certificate that is endorsed by Wheaton College.
You will learn how to communicate vision, clarify strategy, intercept entropy, and apply the organizational mission to crisis situations. After attending the Third Day session, you will engage with video presentations, course readings (three books and four articles), textbook interactions, and three writing assignments. Those who choose to not complete all these Certificate requirements can ask for a Participation Acknowledgement letter that can be used for 30 hours of continuous learning experience.
Syllabus and Course Format
At the conclusion of this course successful students will be better able to lead. They will demonstrate ability to examine leadership styles and adopt effective leadership communication. Please read the syllabus! You will find it here: 2021 Syllabus. As an accelerated course, you will need to invest a total of 75 hours into this course (for lectures/Summit participation, readings, and writing), or 8-10 hours a week. If you choose to seek a participation letter rather than the full certificate, you must view the approximately eight hours of recorded lectures in WheatonX in addition to the live sessions on August 5th to 7th.

The Third Day Faculty will be Recorded
One of the requirements of the course is to interact with both the Summit material and the Third Day material. The Summit material is available for seven days if you have registered and attended the Summmit. The Third Day material will be recorded and available for those who sign up for this GLS Certificate Course. So, if it is inconvenient to attend in person or by Zoom, you can catch up afterward.
