CCI Global Gathering 2020 Executive Leader Training

This is a 9 month Executive Leader training course for the Global Leadership Program of Christian Camping International. It begins July 2020 and continues until March 2021. Our hope is this course will encourage, deepen and connect camp ministry leaders from around the globe. Each month we will have a 1 hour online workshop with course instructor Dr. Rob Ribbe, Mark Heasman, and other guests. Participants will be asked to watch a 5-10 minute instructional video, complete some reading and personal reflection, and meet with a small group for an online discussion. Our hope is that the course will end with an in person retreat at Miskoka Woods, a camp near Toronto, Canada, on April 7-17, 2021. Pre-registration with CCI is required for participation. A certificate will be awarded for those who complete the program.

This is a 9 session overview for the Executive Leader Training Cohort. These sessions provide an introduction to main topics including leading self, leading others, leading teams and leading organizations.

The course is set up to watch a 5-7 minute video every week along with participating in an online discussion with the week’s topic with other participants. There is some homework between sessions so we encourage you to get enrolled and start soon.
